The Technical Assistance Program (TAP) strategically guides comprehensive Improvised Explosive Device (IED) incident risk management and provides preparedness assistance. The TAP increases preparedness capabilities across partner jurisdictions through a deliberate, synchronized, and efficient process to reduce risk to the Nation’s critical infrastructure and communities.
